Refunds and Exchanges


For returns or exchanges of products, items must be sent back within 14 working days from the date of delivery as indicated by the postal service. All balms and candles must be returned unopened and in their original packaging unless they are faulty. Please allow up to 5 working days for the processing of returned items. Note that the cost of return shipping is non-refundable.


Personalised items, such as 'pet portraits,' are non-refundable as they are uniquely tailored to individual preferences and cannot be resold, in accordance with the 'Distance Selling Regulation 2014'.


All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Damage/Lost Items


It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address at the time of order placement. We cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address as provided.
